FAQ

Graco is generally considered a reputable and reliable stroller brand. A variety of stroller models are available with different features to meet different needs.

Graco is known for designing strollers that meet safety standards. However, it is vital for parents to follow our guidelines, including weight limits, correct harness use and any other safety advice. Be sure to use the stroller as intended to ensure your baby’s safety.

At Graco Stroller, we make innovative, high quality products for babies and children. We warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase).

A stroller (Canada & U.S.A.) or pram (U.K) is a hand-pushed vehicle to carry babies and young infants. More general terms include child carrier, baby transport or baby carrier.

Baby’s grow fast. And as your little one grows bigger, they are also getting much heavier to carry. Having to carry your little one around all day, can easily cause sore arms and an aching back. A stroller provides that extra bit of convenience as it is a great way to give yourself some relief when needed.

Graco offers a range of stroller models, and while some are equipped for jogging, not all are designed for this purpose. Check the product specifications for jogging suitability, and use the stroller accordingly.

It is recommended to use only Graco-approved accessories designed for compatibility with your specific stroller model. Third-party accessories may not meet safety standards or fit correctly, posing a potential risk.

The lifespan of a Graco stroller depends on factors such as usage, maintenance, and adherence to weight limits. With proper care and use, a Graco stroller can last for several years. It’s essential to regularly check for any signs of wear and tear and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for maintenance.

While there is no set age to make this transition (as EVERY baby is different), the general advice is: once they are able to sit up unassisted, they will be able to sit in the stroller without their car seat. This happens around 6 months of age (sometimes sooner, sometimes later).

Fold the stroller together.
Grip the lower handle if there is one. If necessary, tug the lower frame near the wheels to start the folding, then withdraw your hand from that area to avoid pinching your fingers in the folding frame. Finish pushing from the top handle and the seat base.

When to Stop Using a Stroller. In general, children shouldn’t require a stroller after the age of three. Although strollers are convenient, it’s on you as a parent to promote an active lifestyle once your child starts walking independently.

To clean your Graco stroller, refer to the user manual for model-specific instructions. Typically, most strollers allow for spot cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive materials that may damage the fabric or frame.

Each Graco stroller model has its own folding mechanism. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on how to fold and unfold your specific stroller. Practice the process several times to become familiar with the steps.
